Eligible for Return
A return request can be accepted ONLY if:

The wrong grade/material was supplied

All return requests must include order details and clear photos/videos.
Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:

Custom-made, cut-to-size, or special-grade items

Products that have been used, installed, or modified

Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Bulk orders supplied as per approved PI (Proforma Invoice)

Clearance or discounted stock

Requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Provide your Order ID, product details, and photos/videos.

Our team will verify and approve the return if valid.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:

Refund will be approved only if the product qualifies

Refunds will be processed via bank transfer

Refund processing time: 7–10 working days
Processing time may vary depending on the bank.
Replacement Option
Where applicable, we may offer:

Replacement of incorrect/damaged items

Exchange for the correct size/grade (if available)
Replacement timelines depend on stock availability.
Return Shipping Responsibility

If the error is ours (wrong or defective product):
✔ We cover the return shipping. -
If the customer ordered the wrong size/grade:
❌ Customer must cover shipping costs.
